The challenge
Multiple teams at Toss are involved in their ad monetization efforts for their app. However, they all use a single account to manage it. This makes it difficult to track when each team initiatives their ad placements. This was especially true for when new ad placements targeted new users who were already being monetized. It became crucial for their teams to closely examine the impact on the revenue or eCPM of their existing ad placements to understand their actual performance.
The approach
Event Visualizer, one of the features available in AdMob Mediation Pro, allowed the team to visually compare changes before and after a specific point in time, making it easy to identify which activities have the greatest impact on revenue or eCPM. Thanks to this feature, the team no longer needs to manage the event timeline through a separate sheet, greatly improving their internal communication and collaboration.
