With over 20 million monthly active users, primarily on Android, ads generate 95% of Instabridge's revenue.

As a lean company, Instabridge needed a deep partnership to support its ambitious growth goals. They required dedicated support and access to advanced features that would allow them to optimize revenue without scaling their operational overhead.

The approach

Degoo joined Google's AdMob Mediation Pro program to gain a partner that could act as an extension of their lean team, by providing expert guidance on UI, UX, and measurement. One of the proposed key solutions to optimize revenue was key-value segmentation, an AdMob Mediation Pro feature which dynamically targets users to increase eCPMs. The initial test on a 20% user cohort immediately produced a 7% revenue uplift. This provided significant time savings on optimization efforts for Degoo. In addition, AdMob Mediation Pro provided early access to features like app open waterfalls, doubling their revenue from that format. Driven by these successes, Degoo continues to leverage the program's consultancy and advanced reporting such as the premium benchmark report to maintain streamlined operations.
